Tall, stocky plants produce 5-10 thick-walled mild fruits that have the heat of an Anaheim chili. Great for roasting or stuffing. 2-4,000 SHU. This variety is an improved hatch variety type roasting chili. Perfect balance of smokey sweet heat.
