Care
General Maintenance: Snake plants are one of the easiest plants to take care of. Repot once your snake plant breaks its pot (or right before) into a pot 1 size larger. These plant love to be rootbound and will grow their foliage much faster when they’re not focusing on their roots.
Temperature: This plant prefers 16 to 24 degrees Celsius. It does not like extreme cold, so keep away from drafty areas.
Light: While it prefers bright, indirect sunlight, it can survive in lower light conditions. It can handle a good amount of full sun, so it will grow well in nearly any room.
Watering: Only water once the top inch or so of soil is completely dry, this plant prefers to be nearly underwatered.
Soil: Ensure it is placed in a well draining pot, along with well draining soil.
Fertilizer: Sansevierias don’t require a lot of fertilizer, but a little bit of a well balanced fertilizer during the growing season will help give them a boost.
